UK Delivery:

We aim for ‘next day’ delivery to the mainland UK. Orders received before 2.30pm are despatched the same day. All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. A post & packing charge of £2.75 will be added per UK order paid in Pounds Sterling. Free postage offers run periodically.

International Delivery:

All international (outside UK) orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. We aim for delivery within 5 working days to Europe and 10 days elsewhere. Orders received before 2.30pm are despatched the same day. A shipping charge of UK£4.75 will be added per order. Free shipping offers run periodically.

To pay with a converted currency you must provide a non-UK invoice address.

VAT Charges for Europe

From the 1st July 2021, the rules for importing into and within the EU have changed. In light of these changes, for now we need to make our European customers aware that Past Perfect cannot be responsible for any import VAT or customs fees to accept your package, or additional time that may be incurred on goods we ship when entering your country of residence.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, it must be in pounds sterling only, made payable to Past Perfect. We also accept payment via PayPal to office@pastperfect.com.


All credit and debit card details are collected using an SSL Secure Server. We do not keep any record of your credit card details after your payment has been collected. If you have any questions about security or you suspect your card details have been used fraudulently on our website, contact: info@pastperfect.com.


If you wish to return any goods without reason, you have a “no quibble” right to cancel your order after you receive your goods. You need only pay the return postage costs. We will refund your money immediately upon receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are packaged and shipped responsibly to avoid any damages.

If you receive any damaged or faulty goods from us, please notify us on receipt, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. If the goods are to be returned to us, we will pay the postage charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We aim to resolve any complaint within 5 working days, and will keep you completely updated as to progress.
