Terms & Conditions

All goods are priced in both UK Pounds Sterling (£), and US dollars($). As we are a UK company, any orders received in US dollars will be converted into sterling at the day’s exchange rate, and you will be billed the sterling equivalent. Your credit card slip will show a sterling amount. If you are situated outside the European Community, UK VAT is not payable.

UK Delivery:

We aim for ‘next day’ delivery to the mainland UK. Orders received before 2.30pm are despatched the same day. All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. A post & packing charge of £2.75 will be added per UK order paid in Pounds Sterling.

International Delivery:

All international (outside UK) orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. We aim for delivery within 5 working days. Orders received before 2.30pm are despatched the same day. Where US dollars are chosen as payment currency, a post & packing charge of UK£4.75 will be added per order.

All currencies quoted are converted from a GBP sterling listed price. For convenience the dollar exchange rate is set at a consistent average of aprox 1.445. For sales outside of the EU we deduct 13% from the unit price and charge this discounted value.  To pay with a converted currency you must provide a non-UK invoice address. Your card payment will be charged in UK pounds.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, it must be in pounds sterling only, made payable to Past Perfect. We also accept payment via PayPal to office@pastperfect.com.


All credit and debit card details are collected using an SSL Secure Server. We do not keep any record of your credit card details after your payment has been collected. If you have any questions about security or you suspect your card details have been used fraudulently on our website, contact: info@pastperfect.com.


If you wish to return any goods without reason, you have a “no quibble” right to cancel your order after you receive your goods. You need only pay the return postage costs. We will refund your money immediately upon receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are packaged and shipped responsibly to avoid any damages.

If you receive any damaged or faulty goods from us, please notify us on receipt, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. If the goods are to be returned to us, we will pay the postage charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
