Past Perfect is based in the UK.  We aim to provide next day delivery for all orders to the UK mainland. All of our CD titles are always in stock so we are able to process orders received before 2.30pm and despatch them the same day.

Our orders are generally sent by Royal Mail using first class post.

UK Postage Costs:

  • For orders under £30 we normally charge £2.75 postage to UK mainland. Current offer is for FREE UK delivery.

Our vintage music touches people all over the world so we have many customers outside of the UK.

We can deliver worldwide and all international orders (anywhere outside of the UK) are generally sent by Royal Mail Airmail.

We aim for delivery within 3-5 working days to Europe, and delivery within 6-10 for the Rest Of The World

International Shippig Costs:

Orders shipped  everywhere outside of the UK and the EU normally incur a shipping cost of £4.75 (depending on the exchange rate). Our current offer is for FREE International shipping. The shipping price does not include customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

EU customers please note: From the 1st July 2021, the rules for importing into and within the EU changed. In light of these changes, for now we need to make our European customers aware that Past Perfect cannot be responsible for any import VAT or customs fees to accept your package, or additional time that may be incurred on goods we ship when entering your country of residence.

In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your CD, or you have made a mistake, simply email us to arrange an exchange or refund. Any Customs fees cannot be refunded.
