You can download a pdf of our latest catalogue by clicking on the link in the top navigation header, or complete your name and address details and we will pop a paper copy in the post to you.
How can you let me know about new releases, offers and keep me up to date with Past Perfect?
We don’t like to bombard our customers with emails but we know that they do like to know about new releases and any special offers we may have. As a customer, you may receive occasional emails from us, and if you haven’t bought from us yet but would like us to keep in touch, you can subscribe to our newsletter here.

How do I know my payment details are secure when shopping on your website?
All credit and debit card details are collected using an SSL Secure Server which encrypts the data so it cannot be intercepted or hacked. We do not keep any record of your credit card details after your payment has been collected. Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we will deliver anywhere in the World or if you just want the tracks and not the physical CD, all our collections are available as a download option.
Do I have to pay Customs charges on my order?
Unfortunately Past Perfect is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Past Perfect. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Orders to a UK address are sent by Royal Mail First Class at £2.75 per order – Free delivery for UK orders reaching at least £30. Overseas parcels are sent by Airmail at £4.75. We simply charge this one flat rate. If your order needs to be rushed for a deadline, please email email@example.com and we’ll quote for alternative delivery methods at the best price we can find.
How long will it take to receive my order?
UK First Class Post is normally next day, generally up to 3 days. Parcels to Europe usually take between 3 to 5 days. The Rest Of The World about 6 to 10 days. The delivery times are approximate, and you will probably find that the parcel actually arrives sooner than expected.
How do I cancel my order?
Give us a call as soon as you can on +44 (0)1869 325052 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help. If we’ve already despatched your order, you can return the parcel to us for an exchange or complete refund.
Can I return/exchange unwanted goods?
Past Perfect has a ‘no quibble’ guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your CD, or you have made a mistake, simply return your order for exchange or refund.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?
We are very careful at packing orders and fortunately, it’s rare that CDs are damaged. Please email email@example.com, or call +44 (0)1869 325052 if there is a problem with damage, and we will resolve straight away.
