Q5. What payment methods do you accept?

Q6. How do I know my payment details are secure?

A. All credit and debit card details are collected using an SSL Secure Server. We do not keep any record of your credit card details after your payment has been collected. If you have any questions about security or you suspect your card details have been used fraudulently on our website, contact: info@pastperfect.com

Q7. Do you deliver outside of the UK?

A. Yes, we will deliver anywhere in the World.

Q8. How much do you charge for delivery?

A. Parcels to a UK address cost are sent by Royal Mail First Class at £2.50 per order. Overseas parcels are sent by Airmail at 4.50. No matter how many CDs you order, we simply charge this one flat rate. If your order needs to be rushed for a deadline, please email office@pastfect.com and we can quote for alternative delivery methods.

Q9. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. UK First Class Post is normally next day, generally up to 3 days. Parcels to Europe usually take between 3 to 5 days. The Rest Of The World approximately 6 days. The delivery times are approximate, and you will probably find that the parcel actually arrives sooner than expected.

Q10. How do I cancel my order?

A. Prior to receiving a Confirmation of Despatch email, you can contact office@pastfect.com to cancel your order. Once your order has been despatched, please return the parcel to us for exchange or refund.

Q11. Can I return/exchange unwanted goods?

A. Past Perfect has a 'no quibble' guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your CD, or you have made a mistake, simply use the returns label included and return your order for exchange or refund of CD(s).

Q12. What happens if I receive a damaged item?

A. We are very careful at packing orders and fortunately it is rare that CDs are damaged. Please contact us by email to office@pastfect.com, or call +44 (0)1869 325052 if there is a problem with damage, and we will resolve straight away.
